Manuela Di Giorgio is a practitioner in body-based therapeutic work, movement, and emotional wellbeing, with over four years of training and personal exploration in modalities that support self-awareness, healing, and nervous system regulation. Her work integrates Dance/Movement Therapy, TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), Compassionate Inquiry (Gabor Mate’s approach), Innerdance, sound healing, mindfulness and other somatic practices.
Manuela offers a trauma-informed, warm, and compassionate space where individuals can reconnect with their bodies, process emotional experiences, release tension, and cultivate greater resilience, embodiment, and self-compassion. She is passionate about supporting people to deepen their connection with themselves and move toward meaningful and sustainable change.
During her training in Dance/Movement Therapy, she has experience facilitating movement-based sessions with children, older adults, and individuals with diverse needs.
Currently, Manuela is facilitating workshops and retreats for adults seeking personal growth, self-discovery, emotional wellbeing, and deeper connection with themselves. These experiences support both personal development and trauma-informed healing through embodied and somatic exploration. Her approach emphasizes safety, curiosity, and creating supportive environments where people can explore their inner experiences and reconnect with their innate capacity for healing and transformation.
