  • To ensure eligibility/readiness to be accepted into Dance Therapy Training 

  • To help us support you within the programme and find a placement that matches your workplace needs/goals 

  • The information may be used for statistical purposes but all identifying information will be removed.

All information gathered and/or observed during all programme related activities (including but not limited to, seminars, tutorials, supervision, simpracs, placement meetings) will be kept confidential (even if not documented) and Dance Therapy Training Aotearoa Ltd staff/contractors will act according to our internal code of conduct and the relevant code of ethics for a staff/contractor’s professional body (DTAA/ANZACATA).

We will not share your information with any other companies. Sometimes Dance Therapy Training Aotearoa Ltd may want to use the feedback you provide for marketing or in reporting.  If so, we will endeavour to get your permission before copying or quoting your message.
