My practice is grounded in person-centred, neurodiversity-affirming, and disability-affirming values. As a neurodivergent and disabled practitioner, my work is informed by both lived and professional experience. I aim to create a collaborative and respectful space where people can explore their experiences without judgement. I am interested in how people experience themselves and the world through their bodies, and how movement and creative arts can support self-understanding and integration.

My work is informed by curiosity, creativity, and an awareness of how social, cultural, and political contexts shape our emotional, relational, sensory, and embodied experiences. I have experience working with autistic and ADHD individuals, persons with disabilities, children, adolescents, and adults across community, arts, educational, and wellbeing settings.

I am currently pursuing a masters in counselling. My background as a theatre practitioner also informs my work, particularly through play, storytelling, and collaborative meaning-making.
