Dance/Movement Therapy (DMT) has been central to both my personal and professional development, shaping a reflective, embodied approach to practice, clinical supervision, coaching, and teaching. Over the past decade in the mental health and disability sector, I developed a strong commitment to inclusive, holistic, and individualised approaches that honour diverse embodied experiences and expression through movement.

Drawing from my background in psychology and behavioural science, I integrate research evidence-informed, embodied psychological approach, and neurodiversity-affirming practices to support well-being, emotional growth, and meaningful change. My practice is grounded in person-driven practices and the transformative potential of movement to build resilience, self-awareness, and authentic expression.

Alongside my therapeutic work, I also provide clinical supervision, DMT career coaching, and mentoring for dance therapists and students, with a focus on reflective practice, ethical development, and sustainable professional growth.
