Clare is a Registered Dance Movement Therapist, Yoga teacher and ECE teacher. She has worked with groups and individuals from infants through to older adults, however is particularly passionate about working alongside children and those who identify as neurodivergent.
She currently works in psychoeducation supporting teachers to use music and movement to enhance connection, provides therapy in a pre-school setting with un 5 year olds through Mauri Tui Tuia’s Relate programme, and co-facilitates groups for women with ACC sensitive claims. Her practice is playful, strengths-based, client centred, supports sensory processing and is trauma-informed. She is excited about sharing the power of movement and the creative arts to help us regulate, process, express and heal.
