As a neonatal nurse based in Singapore, I provide specialised care to newborns and support families during some of life’s most vulnerable moments. I believe healing is not only about medicine, but also about being seen, heard, and truly felt. This belief has shaped my journey into Dance Movement Therapy (DMT).
My therapeutic approach is grounded in the understanding that the body holds stories, memories, and lived experience that may not always be accessible through words alone.
In my DMT practice, I work with individuals with diverse needs, including those with disabilities. I strive to honour each person's lived experience and create a safe, inclusive, and attuned space that supports trust and relational engagement.
Through movement and creative processes, I support individuals in exploring expression, connection, and meaning-making beyond verbal language, fostering self-awareness, emotional expression, relational engagement, and a deeper mind–body connection in the process of healing and growth.
