Christine is a Dance Movement Therapist, Somatic Coach, and Mindfulness Facilitator based in Sydney. She is currently completing a Master of Science in Psychology of Mental Health & Wellbeing, further deepening her understanding of evidence-based approaches to mental health and wellbeing.
Her work integrates movement, mindfulness, nervous system awareness and attachment theory to support greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and connection. Christine takes a trauma-informed, body-centred approach that honours the wisdom of the body and the importance of a safe, compassionate therapeutic relationship.

Alongside an understanding of individual experiences and developmental histories, Christine acknowledges the wider social, cultural, political, relational, and ecological systems that influence wellbeing. She recognises that personal challenges do not arise in isolation and supports clients within the broader contexts of their lives.

Christine works primarily with adults navigating mental health challenges such as stress, anxiety and burnout, life changes and transitions, identity exploration, and the cultivation of emotional awareness and processing. She also supports those seeking greater embodiment, confidence, personal healing, post-traumatic growth, and spiritual exploration. As an Australian of mixed European and Asian heritage who has lived in seven countries, she brings a culturally sensitive perspective informed by her own experiences of belonging, identity, migration, and cultural complexity.

Her intention is to help clients reconnect with their innate capacity for healing, authenticity, and embodied wellbeing, supporting them to move through life with greater ease, meaning, and self-trust.
